Itinerary

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu

Your journey begins once you arrive at the TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport). There, the EverNepal representative welcomes you and transfers you to the luxury hotel. At the hotel, you have a short rest. After that, you can explore the nearby places of your hotel. In the evening, you are invited to a welcome dinner. There, you will meet all the representatives of EverNepal along with an experienced guide. Before spending a comfortable night in your premium room, you are served a delicious dinner.

Day 02: A Full Day Guided Tour and Sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley

Following a hearty breakfast, on this day, you have a sightseeing tour of the Kathmandu valley with our guide. For a sightseeing tour, our guide uses a private vehicle so that you can explore as many places as possible. Your sightseeing tour begins at around 8 AM. The tour follows a straightforward plan, allowing you to visit the heritage site without rush. The places you explore are listed below: 

A: Pashupatinath (World Heritage Site)

It is the most sacred Hindu temple that is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This temple is located on the banks of the Bagmati River. It is very famous for its beautiful pagoda architecture, spiritual importance, and for cremation rituals.

B: Patan Durbar Square (World Heritage Site)

It is situated in the heart of Lalitpur. This particular Durbar Square displays some of the most beautiful examples of Newari architecture along with some of the finely carved temples. It displays the artistic beauty of the ancient Malla Kingdom.

C: Swayambhu Stupa / Monkey Temple

This is an ancient Buddhist stupa located at top of the hill which provides beautiful views of Kathmandu Valley. Swayambhunath stupa is also known for its unique Buddha eyes and monkeys. This place contains religious importance for Buddhists and Hindus.

D: Boudhanath (World Heritage Site)

Boudhanath stupa is one of the largest Buddhist stupas in the world. It is one of the major hubs of Tibetan Buddhism. This stupa is famous for its massive white dome, colorful prayer flags, and peaceful atmosphere found there.

Day 03: Fly from Kathmandu to Lukla and trek to Phakding

Following your breakfast meal, you pack up your luggage and prepare for the enjoyable trip to Lukla. via plane. While you are on a flight, you see aerial views of rivers, hills, valleys, and huge mountains. After a few minutes, you arrive at Lukla airport where you meet up with your trekking team. As soon as you meet up with your trekking team, you get some rest before you begin on the journey to Phakding. During your trekking journey, you get to visit Sherpa villages, pine forests, prayer wheels and suspension bridges. After trekking for 3-4 hours and traveling a distance of 8km, you finally get to Phakding. At this place, you eat a delicious dinner before spending the night.

Day 04: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar

In the morning, you are provided with a relaxed breakfast. After that, you continue your trek to Namche Bazaar. You need to trek alongside the Dudh Koshi river and cross several other high-suspension bridges, including the Hillary Suspension Bridge and the Larja Dobhan Bridge, to arrive at the Day 4 destination. In addition to that, you also need to cross Monjo village and enter the Sagarmatha National Park. After trekking for 5 to 6 hours, covering a distance of 10 km, you arrive at Namche Bazaar - one of the trading hubs of the Everest region. There, you eat a warm dinner and spend the night.

Day 05: Hike for acclimatization to Hotel Everest View and explore Khumjung village.

This place gives one of the best views of the awesome mountains like Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Ama Dablam on a clear day. After soaking the beautiful views, you keep hiking to Khumjung village. This village is famous for its rich culture, monasteries, and real mountain living. After exploring the village, you return back to the Everest View hotel to eat a delicious dinner and to spend a comfortable night.

Day 06: Trek from Namche Bazaar via Tengboche to Deboche

After a hearty breakfast, you proceed your trek to Deboche by following the Tengboche path. This involves trekking through a scenic route and along the Dudh Koshi River. This route offers the stunning views of Ama Dablam and distant views of other mountains like Mount Everest, Lhotse, and Nuptse. As you ascend, the surrounding becomes solitude, offering the rhododendron and pine forests. Along the route, you witness the Tengboche monastery. After this, you descend through the peaceful forest trails toward Deboche, where you stay overnight after eating a relaxed dinner.

Day 07: Trek from Deboche to Dingboche

Along the way, you trek through Pangboche, one of the oldest Sherpa settlements. Additionally, the trail takes you up the Imja Khola valley with amazing views of Ama Dablam. Slowly, the terrain becomes broad as you arrive at Dingboche. You pass through ancient Sherpa settlements, and trek alongside the rushing river to reach Dingboche, where you eat a warm dinner before spending the night.

Day 08: Acclimatization day at Dingboche with a hike to Nangkartshang Peak

Day 8 is also dedicated to adjusting to the high-altitude environment. Following a leisurely breakfast, you, along with our guide, begin a short but steep hike to Nangkartshang peak. Hiking to the peak is challenging, so you have to be slow, drink enough water, take some breaks and maintain a comfortable pace. After hiking for several hours, you reach Nangkartshang peak viewpoint from which you can have amazing views of mountain ranges such as Makalu and Lhotse. After taking some pictures, you descend and reach Dingboche for an overnight stay at the hotel. At night, you receive a relaxed dinner before spending the night.

Day 09: Trek from Dingboche to Lobuche

After a warm breakfast, you continue your trek to Lobuche. You ascend through the beautiful landscape that offers the jaw-dropping views of grand peaks like Taboche and Cholatse. Moreover, the trails slowly open up, which offer beautiful scenery of glacial valleys and alpine landscapes. You need to pass through the Dughla on the route to Lobuche. After crossing this small village, you ascend towards the memorial ridge, a site that is dedicated to climbers who lost their lives on Mount Everest. After trekking for around 5 to 6 hours, you arrive at Lobuche, where you eat a leisurely dinner before spending the night.

Day 10: Trek from Lobuche to Gorakshep and hike to Everest Base Camp

After a relaxed breakfast, you continue the trek to Gorakshep. It is a demanding journey, due to the rocky path and thin air. You should drink plenty of water, trek steadily and stop often on your journey to Gorakshep. Once you reach the Gorakshep, you take a short break and go for a hike to Everest Base Camp. The way goes through the glacial moraine, the Khumbu Icefall, and the grand Himalayan peaks. Upon reaching the base camp, you spend a few times taking photos and soaking in the breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks. After that, you return to Gorakshep to take a well-deserved rest, eat a delicious dinner and spend the night.

Day 11: Early morning hike to Kala Patthar for sunrise, then trek down to Pheriche

After a delicious breakfast, you have to hike early to Kala Patthar in order to see the stunning sunrise. From the Kala Patthar, you also observe the breathtaking views of Nuptse Glacier, Pumori Glacier, and the Khumbu Glacier. After spending a few times at the Kala Patthar, you trek back to Gorakshep. There, you take some rest and continue your trekking to Pheriche. You witness river valleys, Khumbu Glacier, traditional Sherpa memorials and majestic peaks like Ama Dablam, Nuptse, and Lhotse on the trail. After trekking for 6 to7 hours, you arrive at Pheriche where you eat a warm dinner before staying overnight.

You witness the ancient Tengboche monastery, Kyangjuma and views of wild animals like Himalayan monals, Himalayan griffons, musk deer and Himalayan thar. While returning to Lukla, you witness Sagarmatha National park where you encounter wild animals, the beautiful Sherpa village, and views of mountains like Ama Dablam and Thamserku. After trekking for around 6 to 7 hours, you arrive at Lukla, where you eat a relaxed dinner before spending the night.
