Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu

Your Annapurna Panorama Trek via Muldai View and Poon Hill journey starts once you arrive in TIA (Tribhuvan International Airport). After you arrive at TIA airport, the EverNepal team welcomes you and helps with transportation from the airport to your standard hotel by private vehicle. On reaching your 3-star hotel, you can take a rest and roam around the busy streets nearby your hotel. In the evening, you are invited for a welcome dinner where you meet our representatives. After that, you go to your premium room for rest.

Day 2: Guided Tour in Heritage Site

On this day, you, along with our experienced guide, explore some of the famous UNESCO World Heritage sites located in Kathmandu via private vehicle. Your sightseeing tour begins after having a hearty breakfast and being ready for the visit. While visiting the attractions, you can purchase souvenirs and enjoy the rich culture, heritage, and traditions of Kathmandu. Below are some of the popular UNESCO World Heritage sites you visit on this day. 

Swayambhunath stupa

This stupa is located in the western direction of Kathmandu city center. It is considered to be one of the oldest and most sacred Buddhist stupas in Nepal. The stupa is known for its iconic white dome, and golden spire. This place is also called the Monkey Temple due to being home to many monkeys. 

Patan Durbar Square

The Patan Durbar Square is situated in the southern direction of Kathmandu. It is also considered the heart of Lalitpur city.  This place is famous for its amazing Newari architecture, beautifully carved temples, royal courtyards, and Patan Museum with unique collections of Nepalese art.

Boudhanath stupas

This Boudhanath stupa is perched around in the eastern direction of Kathmandu city center. It is the largest spherical stupa in the world and is located amidst monasteries, prayer wheels, and bustling local bazaars. This palace is renowned for its fluttering prayer flags, prayer wheels, and peaceful spiritual atmosphere. 

Pashupatinath temple

The Pashupatinath Temple is located at the east of Kathmandu on the banks of the Bagmati River. Many Hindu pilgrims come to this temple to worship lord Shiva. This temple is known for its traditional cremation ghats along the Bagmati River, golden gajur and four main silver doors that are all opened to devotees during major festivals.

Kathmandu Durbar Square

The Kathmandu Durbar Square is the heart of Kathmandu. It is located at Basantapur. This place is popular for ancient palaces, temples, courtyards, and the residence of the Living Goddess (Kumari). Kathmandu Durbar Square was once a royal palace of the Malla and Shah kings.

Day 3: Fly to Pokhara, Drive to Kimche or Ghandruk (1,960m) and Trek to Tadapani (2,610m)

In the early morning after having a warm breakfast, you board a flight to arrive at Pokhara. While you are on the flight, you witness an aerial view of the rushing Trishuli River, terraced hills, the Manakamana Temple and the Annapurna mountain range. Upon arriving at Pokhara, you take a rest for a few minutes and begin a scenic drive to Kimche or Ghandruk. You travel through Nayapul, then cross the high-suspension bridge at Birethanti and follow the Modi Khola river to reach Syauli Bazaar. Then, you ascend towards Kimche.

If you prefer trekking more than driving, you can get off here and start trekking to Tadapani. Otherwise, you can have a further picturesque drive to Ghandruk village. Once you get out of the vehicle at Ghandruk, you begin to trek through Bhaisi Kharka to arrive at Tadapani. While trekking, you witness dense rhododendron forest, wild animals, cascading waterfalls, streams and majestic mountains such as Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, Gangapurna, and Machhapuchhre. While witnessing these views, you arrive at Tadapani, where you eat a delicious dinner before staying overnight.

Day 4: Trek from Tadapani to Dobato

Following a warm breakfast, you continue your trek towards Dobato. You ascend through the lush forest, pass the buffalo pastures before arriving at Meshnar. From here, you continue along the same ridge to arrive at Isharu. At this place, you take your delicious lunch while witnessing beautiful surrounding views. After that, you perform the final stretch through the rhododendron and pine forests until you arrive at Dobato. While trekking via these routes, you witness high-altitude alpine meadows, shepherds grazing their flocks, wild animals, beautiful valleys, cascading waterfalls, and Annapurna II, Annapurna VI, and Machhapuchhre (Fishtail). After a few hours of trekking, you arrive at Dobato, where you eat a delicious dinner before spending the night.

Day 5: Detour to Muldai View (3,637m), Trek to Ghorepani (2,860m)

In the early morning, you have a short but scenic hike to Muldai viewpoint. You hike through the ridge and dense rhododendron forests to arrive at Muldai viewpoint. After reaching the place, you get breathtaking, panoramic views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. In addition, when you stand on the viewpoint, you also see stunning views of some majestic mountains such as Machchapuchhre (Fishtail), Nilgiri, and Manaslu. Finally, you return to your Dobato teahouse/lodge.

Upon arriving at the teahouse/lodge, you receive a hearty breakfast and take some well-deserved rest before continuing your journey to Ghorepani. You trek through Muldai viewpoint, Bayeli Kharka, Chistibung, Swanta Village and Chitre before arriving at Ghorepani. While trekking via these routes, you witness rhododendron and oak forest, grassy meadows, distant waterfalls, grazing yaks, and mountains (Lamjung, Dhaulagiri, Machhapuchhre and Annapurna). After a few hours of trekking, you arrive at Ghorepani, where you eat dinner before staying overnight.

Day 6: Detour to Poon Hill (3,210m), Trek to Ulleri (2,050m)/Hile (1,450m) & Drive to Pokhara

Upon waking early in the morning, you start your picturesque hike to Poon Hill. While hiking towards Poon hill, you witness quiet rhododendron and oak forests. After that, you arrive at Poon hill from where you get a breathtaking panoramic sunrise over the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Slowly, the ray of light falls on the mountain and unveils the breathtaking views of famous mountains like Dhaulagiri I, Annapurna I, Annapurna South, Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), and Nilgiri. Here, you can capture photos and soak in the views before returning to the teahouse/lodge at Ghorepani. 

After soaking up the views, you return to Ghorepani, where you get your warm breakfast. Upon eating breakfast, you take some rest and continue your trekking journey to Ulleri or Hile. If you are exhausted and cannot perform a long-hour trek, you can board the vehicle at Ulleri. Otherwise, you can trek to Hile and board the private vehicle to return to Pokhara. While trekking, you cross Banthanti, Nangethanti, and Ulleri. Here, you can stop your trekking journey, or you pass Tikhedunga before finishing your trek to Hile. On the way, you witness vibrant rhododendron trees, traditional Gurung and Magar settlements, rushing rivers, cascading waterfalls, and local wildlife. After stopping your trekking journey, you take a seat in your private vehicle and drive towards Pokhara. On the way, you witness terraced farmlands, traditional Gurung and Magar villages, Modi Khola and glimpses of the Annapurna Massif. After a few hours, you arrive at Pokhara, where you receive a delicious dinner before staying overnight.

Day 7: Fly to Kathmandu after Tour in Pokhara

Following a final breakfast at your hotel, you begin with a sightseeing tour in Pokhara. Together with our professional guide, you set out on a sightseeing tour of famous spots in the area. First, you set foot at Sarankot to catch an amazing view of a sunrise. Then you head to Davis Falls, Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, International Mountain Museum, Phewa Lake, and World Peace Pagoda. After the exploration of the places, you come back to your hotel to have some rest. Finally, you pack your belongings for your flight to Kathmandu. Our representatives and driver help you with transferring to the airport, completing the check-in formalities and ensuring a smooth boarding process for your flight. After 20 to 30 minutes, you arrive at Kathmandu, from where you depart to your home country.
