Our representative meets you at Tribhuvan International Airport and transfers you to your hotel in Kathmandu. After arriving at the hotel, our team helps you with the check-in process. After breakfast at the hotel, the sightseeing tour begins around 8:00 AM. A private vehicle is arranged for the entire day, making travel easy and comfortable. A professional guide joins you to explain the history, culture, and meaning of the places you visit. The day is planned at a slow and easy pace, giving you enough time to explore each site without any hurry.

You visit several well-known heritage sites in the Kathmandu Valley. Each place has its own cultural and religious importance, and the guide helps you understand their stories and background.

A. Pashupatinath Temple (World Heritage Site)

Pashupatinath is one of the most sacred Hindu temples in Nepal, dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is located beside the Bagmati River. Non-Hindus are not allowed inside the main temple, but the temple area and daily rituals can be clearly seen from the eastern riverbank. The temple is built in a traditional two-roof pagoda style and is famous around the world.

B. Boudhanath Stupa (World Heritage Site)

Boudhanath is one of the most important Buddhist sites in Kathmandu. The huge stupa, believed to date back to the 5th century, has Buddha’s eyes painted on all four sides, symbolizing awareness and wisdom. Many monks and visitors walk around the stupa while spinning prayer wheels.

C. Patan Durbar Square (World Heritage Site)

Patan Durbar Square is located in the heart of Lalitpur and is known for its beautiful Newari architecture. Most of the temples and palaces were built during the Malla period and show fine stone and wood craftsmanship.

D. Swayambhu Stupa (Monkey Temple)

 Swayambhu sits on a small hill and offers a wide view of the Kathmandu Valley. It is often called the Monkey Temple because of the many monkeys living around the stupa. The site is sacred to both Buddhists and Hindus.

You begin this tourism journey with either a 5 to 6-hour drive or a 20-minute flight to Bharatpur. Following this, the journey continues as you reach Sauraha and check in at the hotel. Once you reach your destination, you visit a traditional Tharu village to see local homes and lifestyle. In the evening, a sunset view can be enjoyed along the Rapti River. The overnight stay for this day's journey will be at either Hotel Safari Lodge or a Soltee Westland hotel.

You wake up early in the morning and get ready for the second day of your tourism journey, and the journey for this day is all about covering the core areas of the Chitwan National Park. Your journey starts with either a jeep or an elephant safari. These safaris are designed to spot rhinos, deer, and other mammals. Later on, you can also take a canoe or a boat ride along the river for viewing riverbank wildlife and waterbirds. After that, you are taken to the Elephant Breeding Center, from which you will get a glimpse of the conservation efforts concerning elephants and their habitat. Overnight stay at a local lodge in Sauraha.

Your fifth day of this trip of exploration and tourism begins with early morning bird watching, accompanied by an expert, with the aim of viewing a variety of bird species found in this region. Then, you can proceed on a jungle walk along the pathways of the forest. You then head out for an afternoon jeep safari in the park's buffer zone, where animal spotting is common. As night falls, you transfer to a tower house located inside the national park. From there, you can observe nocturnal wildlife (wild life which becomes active only at night) and listen to the jungle sounds while spending the night in a protected area.

This is the second full-day excursion, and your tourism journey on this day offers you a mixed-mode exploration. The day starts with a cycling trip toward the 20 Thousand Lake (Bish Hajari Tal) zone, as you pass through rural and forest landscapes. Once you reach the lake area, you continue the journey with a jeep safari along the wetland and forest corridors. Within this safari, the trip also includes a guided jungle walk through the wetlands and the connected forest. This allows you to observe the birdlife, reptiles, and wetland species. After a full day of exploring the lake, forest, and wetlands, you return to your lodge at Sauraha for an overnight stay.

You begin the return trip by departing from Sauraha and traveling back to Kathmandu. You can do this either by taking a 5 to 6-hour drive or by taking a 25-minute long flight. This tour ends upon your arrival at Kathmandu. Once you reach the capital city, you can roam the rest of the day by exploring the various tourist attractions around Kathmandu or by resting at your booked hotel.
